My cocktail for A Gentleman in Moscow was a Brick Wall, also known as a Paper Plane. While the drink itself is pretty boozy, it tastes light and refreshing. The recipe:
Ingredients
3/4 ounce bourbon
3/4 ounce Aperol
3/4 ounce Amaro Nonino Quintessentia
3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into glass of choice.
